Logan Road LTD – Return Policy 

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

Returns
You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. UK customers also have the statutory right to cancel within 14 days. Items must be unused, in original packaging with tags, and with proof of purchase.

How to Return
Email Support@LoganRoad.com. We’ll send instructions and a return label. Do not send items before approval.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Organic Electrolyte Powder (once opened)

• Used or washed crib sheets

• Gift cards

• Final sale or discounted items

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can fix it.

Refunds
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days, or no later than 14 days as required by law.

Shipping Costs
Customers pay return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges
To exchange, return your item and place a new order.
