Returns Policy

We want you to love what you purchase from Logan Road. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, in its original packaging with any tags intact—and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return
To begin a return, email us at info@loganroad.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions for sending your item back.

Please do not send any items without first requesting a return—we won’t be able to process unauthorized returns.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

To maintain product safety and hygiene, we cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Organic Electrolyte Powder (even if unopened)

  • Crib Sheets that have been used, washed, or removed from original packaging

  • Gift Cards

  • Final sale or discounted items

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If so, we’ll refund your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@loganroad.com.
